SHIPPING POLICY
Standard Shipping: Orders placed before 12pm GMT should be received within 3-5 business days for domestic orders. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
International Shipping: Orders placed before 12pm GMT should be received within 10-14 business days for international orders. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). We currently ship internationally to Europe, US, Australia and New Zealand.
Delayed or Lost Orders: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for UK orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
Casting: All returned wax moulds will be sent off for casting on the 1st and 14th working day of each month and will take 3-4 weeks for solid silver and bronze and 4-6 weeks for gold plated items.
Casts purchased after 10th November 2024: Casting is valid for 6 months from purchase. A 6 month extension beyond this is £25 per ring to cover the change in price of precious metal.
Casts purchased before 10th November 2024: Casting is valid for 3 months from purchase. A 3 month extension beyond this is £15 per ring to cover the change in price of precious metal.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We have a 14 day return policy and if anything is not up to scratch please let us know and we will try and do everything to make it right!.
WARRANTY
You have a 3 month warranty on all jewellery but if anything is not up to scratch please let us know and we will try and do everything to make it right.
